Where duplicate accounts are identified, lbvet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly flagged may contact lbvet support to initiate a review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lbvet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. lbvet will never request your password through any communication channel.
You must notify lbvet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. lbvet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
lbvet is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at lbvet's discretion.
You may request the closure of your lbvet account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all pending wagering requirements have been assessed. lbvet may also close accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy policies.
lbvet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana Lhuillier. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). lbvet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher deposit limits. lbvet reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your lbvet account within three (3) minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. lbvet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. Deposits made using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent accounts, or funds derived from illegal activity will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities. lbvet cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in the Philippines in cases of suspected financial crime.
Note: lbvet does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, BPI) may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider before depositing.
Withdrawals are available to players who have completed the required KYC verification process. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. lbvet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by lbvet are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Players must complete the wagering requirement within the validity period of the bonus; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Where bonus abuse is identified, lbvet reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.
lbvet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and are in the process of being wagered will be honored subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the lbvet platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the lbvet platform without the prior written consent of lbvet.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lbvet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
lbvet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
lbvet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lbvet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.
lbvet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the lbvet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
lbvet implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and lbvet cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and lbvet, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting lbvet customer support. lbvet will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
